Missions featured in this Newsletter

image003From January to March 2010 The Bateleurs flew six missions for regular beneficiaries, and two missions for organisations that are new to us. These flights covered a range of interests including more flights for the TV documentary for the Peace Parks Foundation, more research into crocodiles, a survey of the Sneeuberg in the Eastern Cape, and the translocation of six caracals from a reserve in Limpopo to a reserve in the Eastern Cape.  As always, The Bateleurs contribution has been the facilitation of an aerial perspective for other organisations engaged in research, public education, and conservation matters.  We hope that you will enjoy reading the reports below from our pilots and their passengers, and we appeal to you to publicise our free service to as many environmentalists and conservationists as possible.
