Andrew Cadman holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Laws degree and an honours degree in European Community law from the University of Edinburgh, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Natal and a Masters degree in environmental law and competition law from the London School of Economics.

Andrew is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He specialises in corporate law, competition law, certain aspects of environmental law, the stock exchange and mergers & acquisitions.
